Local author Dave Schwensen takes us behind the scenes and on the stage for the legendary 1965 performance at New York's Shea Stadium.  This was the first modern outdoor stadium rock concert and a capacity crowd of 55,600 watched the Beatles. 

The program includes information about the making the TV special about the concert, concert films, rare live recordings and details about a 'secret' Beatles recording session.  

The program starts at 7:00pm.  Dave brings lots of great Beatles memorabilia and the doors will open at 6:30pm for viewing.  

Dave is the author of The Beatles at Shea Stadium and The Beatles in Cleveland.  Books will be available for purchase following the program.
